Not only did eXp Realty land on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list for the fifth straight year, but it did so in remarkable fashion. eXp jumped to No. 4 on Glassdoor’s 2022 list of 100 Best Places to Work in the large company category in the U.S. after finishing No. 95 in 2021. Additionally, eXp Canada was named No. 15 out of 25 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work Canada list. (Read the press release here.)

“At eXp Realty, we are focused on positively transforming the world of work and empowering employees with a culture defined by collaboration, innovation, transparency and fun,” said Glenn Sanford, eXp World Holdings Founder, Chairman and CEO. “We would like to thank our incredible agents, brokers and staff. Their hard work and feedback helped us achieve this honor as one of the best places to work in the U.S. and in Canada.”

eXp Realty Now Tops 72,000 Agents Worldwide

It’s no secret that eXp is the fastest-growing real estate brokerage in the world with 72,000 agents in 18 countries, including its headquarters in the United States. And the awards keep piling up, which is a recognition of eXp’s generous and innovative value proposition that is centered on the agent and offers a compelling package of generous compensation, robust community and collaboration all operating in a cloud-based environment.

Mike Vein, eXp’s Executive Vice President of People explained why eXp gets such high grades

“We value our eXp family and welcome their feedback through our metaverse, eXp World, Net Promoter Score surveys and Glassdoor reviews,” said Vein. “Our commitment to provide employees with a transparent workplace, enhanced by valuable benefits and wellness and recognition programs, has led to remarkable retention and job satisfaction. We are deeply honored to receive this award once again.”

Glassdoor Award Based Solely on Employees’ Input

Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Award is in its 14th year and is a popular annual award that is based solely on the input of company employees who submit anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer.

Employees are asked to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and provide ratings for nine workplace factors, including career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, diversity and inclusion, and work/life balance. Employers considered for the large list must have received at least 75 ratings for each of the nine workplace attributes, which are taken into account as part of the awards algorithm.

“The world of work is rapidly evolving, fueled by the pandemic and now millions of workers reevaluating their expectations from employers. This year’s Best Places to Work winners are leading the way by listening and responding to employee feedback and reimagining the employee experience to truly put their people first,” said Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor chief executive officer. “It’s inspiring to see these employers step up during the pandemic to expand and grow company cultures where employees feel supported and valued in and out of work. Congratulations to all of this year’s Employees’ Choice Award winners.”
