Reis has consulted on billions of dollars or corporate health care spending and has served thousands of patients undergoing heart surgery, device therapy, transplantation and rehabilitation and directed Yale University’s designated outpatient cardiac rehab center. He advises architects and designers in master health property repurpose and re-task initiatives, including a $100M project to repurpose the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation’s footprint and enterprise.

Dr. David Reis is a Cardiologist, with 30 years of private practice experience in interventional and clinical cardiology. Dr. Reis has concurrently held national consultancy medical directorships in Fortune 500 Health Benefits Design and Utilization Review. He has advised his regional board of the Urban Land Institute and has national interest in urban revitalization and provides advisory to health care architects and designers. Dr. Reis directed Yale University’s designated outpatient cardiac rehab center achieving national certification for service excellence. He provides strategic guidance for developers of senior housing. Dr. Reis is a past member of the Board of Directors of GallopNYC, a non-profit, providing therapeutic equestrian programs and services to special needs children.
